Green Point Software VAR/OEM Program concentrates on the specific
needs of the VAR and OEM market and its products, to address
customer requirements.
What is a VAR?
Value-Added Reseller (VAR) is a company that delivers a "functional
system" to customers. A functional system combines our software with
the VAR's product and typically includes a functioning application.
What is an OEM?
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is to be a separate
classification of a reseller. OEMs use our software as the
foundation for their own branded products. The OEM usually re-brands
a subset of a product from us and sells that offering under its own
label.
The OEM program is flexible and provides a cost-effective
way to bundle our software with your hardware / software. It's aimed
at eligible VARs and OEMs who can commit to ordering 500 or more
units.
